There's no one in the hallway but there's a light on in the kitchen. In the kitchen:

Vincent: *walks in* Cloud...
Cloud: *startled and drops the green ball into the vat* CLOOWD!

The vat starts boiling and smoke fills the room. Once it clears, there is a cumulus cloud sitting over the vat.
Cid: *stumbles in* WHAT THE @#$% IS THAT??
Vincent: ugh...who knows?
Cloud: CLOwd...
Cid: No @#$% duh it's a cloud.
the cloud: *zaps cid with Lit 3*
Vincent: Cloud....WHAT did you put in there?

the cloud: *zaps vincent with Lit 3*
Cloud: SCAREEEEEE CLOOOWD *runs out of the kitchen*
The cloud follows Cloud into the hallway, where Bakura is groggily meandering about.
Bakura: Uh...greetings. Who are you? An innocent cloud who was forced to join the MFMM?
the cloud: *passes Bakura without so much as a spark and continues after its master*

Amy: *pokes head out of room* What's going on?

the cloud: *starts shocking random things in frustration*

Vincent: *goes after the cloud*
In a cell somewhere in the castle.
Raya: *finds the cloud*
Vincent: Beat me to it. Cloud dropped a Bolt materia into a vat of clack.
Raya: Ah...into clack. So it uses Lit 3...BOLT 3 MUTHA FUGGA! *casts Bolt 3*
the cloud: BRACCCCCKZZZZZT *shrivels up and dies miserably*
Vincent: *goes back to room to find Mikko trying to sneak in*
Mikko: Oh! Hi Vinny!
Vincent: It's too late for this...
Raya: *goes back to her room to find Cloud hiding under her posters* Cloud...what are you doing?
Cloud: Is the scary clowd gone?? Cloooowd..can I sleep in here tonight?
Raya: It's too late to argue so fine...but you're sleeping on the floor.
